THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
A. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN NIGERIA AND ZIMBABWE BY PROVIDING ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
