FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE ARTS, PARTICULARLY THE DRAMATIC AND THEATRICAL ARTS, TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND TASTE IN THE SAID ARTS IN THE DISTRICT OF THE COTSWOLDS.
