THE OBJECTS OF THE OXENFORD PUBLIC ACCESS DEFIBRILLATOR ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND THE SAVING OF LIVES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN OXENFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A PUBLIC ACCESS DEFIBRILLATOR AND TO FACILITATE TRAINING IN CARDIO PULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR) AND THE USE OF DEFIBRILLATORS.
