PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A PUBLIC RECREATION GROUND AND OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ERCALL MAGNA AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) THOSE RESIDENT IN THE VILLAGE OF HIGH ERCALL, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
