Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST ARE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF EMSWORTH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF A PUBLIC MUSEUM. IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOREGOING OBJECTS THE TRUST SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING POWERS: A. TO ACQUIRE RESTORE AND PRESERVE SUCH MARITIME AND OTHER ARTICLES ITEMS OBJECTS ARTEFACTS DOCUMENTS OR MEMORABILIA AS MAY BE CONSIDERED TO BE OF LOCAL HISTORICAL INTEREST. B. TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER LAWFUL THINGS AS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTIVES.
