(2) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH IN NEWTON AYCLIFFE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF CPD BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING.
