THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: THE ALLEVIATION OF THE EFFECTS OF HYGIENE POVERTY BY WAY OF OPERATING A PERSONAL CARE AND HYGIENE BANK IN THE CITY OF SOUTHEND-ON-SEA. THE CARE BANK WILL SERVE THE COMMUNITY PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING FREE PERSONAL HYGIENE AND HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN ON A SELF-REFERRAL BASIS.
