THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SWIMMING POOL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BIDDULPH AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT AND THE FOR THE PROVISION OF SUCH ANCILLARY FACILITIES, HAVING THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS, AS THE TRUSTES SHALL THINK FIT. THE TRUSTEES SHALL, IN PARTICULAR, ACQUIRE A SUITABLE SITE IN OR NEAR BIDDULPH AND SHALL WITH ALL DUE SPEED
