TO PROVISION & MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION GROUND & SOCIAL WELFARE CENTRE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BENEFICIAL AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR THE PURPOSES OF MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES, PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND SUCH OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION HAVING THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
