THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE AREA OF DARTMOUTH AND SURROUNDING VILLAGES IN DEVON UK WITHIN A 7 MILES RADIUS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING FOOD AND OTHER ITEMS ESSENTIAL FOR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING TO THOSE PEOPLE DEEMED VULNERABLE OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED AND ACTING AS A RESOURCE TO ASSIST ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND ADVICE.
