1) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ‘CHARITY DOCTRINE’ BEING THE TEACHINGS OF THE QUR’AN AND THE TEACHINGS OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PEACE AND BLESSINGS OF GOD BE UPON HIM), THE SAHABAH-E-KIRAM (MAY GOD BE PLEASED WITH THEM), COMPANIONS OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PEACE AND BLESSINGS OF GOD BE UPON HIM) AS INTERPRETED AND ACCEPTED BY THE AHLE SUNNAH WAL JAMAA-AH AND AS EXPOUNDED BY THE SALAFUS SAALIHEEN (PIOUS PREDECESSORS) AND THE HANAFI SCHOLARS BEING SHAYKH ASHRAF ALI THANWI (1863-1943), MUFTI MUHAMMAD SHAFEE UTHMANI (1897-1976), SHAYKH RASHEED AHMAD GANGOHI (1829-1905) AND QARI MUHAMMAD TAYYIB (1898-1983), IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP, ISLAMIC EDUCATION, LECTURES, AND BY DISTRIBUTING LITERATURE TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS ABOUT THE ISLAMIC FAITH. (2) TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, AMONG POOR PEOPLE, WIDOWS, ORPHANS, VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTERS AND OTHER PEOPLE IN NEED BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, EQUIPMENT, SERVICES AND FACILITIES, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FOOD, CLEAN WATER, CLOTHING, AND OTHER NECESSITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID PERSONS.
