THE RELIEF OF NEED OF THE ELDERLY, DISABLED OR VULNERABLE IN NORTH YORKSHIRE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE WITH EVERYDAY TASKS AND ACTIVITIES PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, HOSPITAL TRIPS, GP APPOINTMENTS AND SOCIAL EVENTS. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.
