FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF THE UKRAINIAN PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN DISPLACED BY WAR AND SUFFERED MENTAL HEALTH TRAUMA THROUGH: 1. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS WITHIN UKRAINE WHO PROVIDE APPROVED THERAPIES TO ALLEVIATE THE MENTAL HEALTH TRAUMA BROUGHT ON BY LIVING WITH WAR AND CONFLICT; AND 2. THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND HUMANITARIAN AID SUPPLIES TO ORGANISATIONS.
