THE ADVANCEMENT OF MUSIC EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN PRINCIPALLY IN THE TRAFFORD AREA WHO FACE BARRIERS THAT HINDER THEIR ACCESS TO MUSIC PROVISION, THEIR MUSICAL PROGRESS, AND THEIR ABILITY TO REACH THEIR POTENTIAL BY: 1. SOURCING AND MAKING AVAILABLE, GRANTS AND FUNDING FOR ACCESSIBLE MUSIC EDUCATION. 2. COMMISSIONING SERVICES THAT PROVIDE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO A MUSIC EDUCATION. 3. SUPPORTING RESEARCH TO FURTHER UNDERSTANDING OF THE IMPACTS OF EQUITABLE ACCESS TO A MUSIC EDUCATION AND TO DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS.
