SOURCING AND MAKING AVAILABLE, GRANTS AND FUNDING FOR ACCESSIBLE MUSIC EDUCATION. 2. COMMISSIONING SERVICES THAT PROVIDE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO A MUSIC EDUCATION. 3.
