Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE DIAGNOSED WITH OR PENDING DIAGNOSIS OF AUTISTIC SPECTRUM DISORDERS OR ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS BY PROVIDING MEETING OPPORTUNITIES AND SHARING EXPERIENCES AND LEARNINGS. ALL OUR EXCHANGES FOLLOW PRINCIPLES OF RESPECT, COMPASSION, NON-JUDGEMENT, MUTUAL SUPPORT, AND CONFIDENTIALITY WHERE PEOPLE FEEL WARMLY WELCOME AND SAFE TO SHARE THEIR LIFE EXPERIENCES. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT ACT 2005.
