THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A HOLIDAY CAMP FOR CHILDREN ATTENDING SCHOOLS IN THE BOROUGH OF WALSALL, IN PARTICULAR, FOR THOSE CHILDREN WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE ENJOY A HOLIDAY, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN.
