TO ENSURE THAT IN TH E CITY THE POPULATION HAS ADEQUATE FACILITIES FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION AND TO ESTABLISH ORGANISED CO-OPERATION BETWEEN ALL SECTIONS PUBLIC PLAYING FIELDS, PLAYGROUNDS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL CENTRES.
