Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SPARKBROOK AREA OF THE SPARKBROOK ARE OF THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO FURTHER HEALTH, ADVANCE INTERESTS OF WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTOF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE ALL OF SPARKBROOK WARD FROM GOLDEN HILLOCK ROAD TO DURHAM ROAD, AND THAT PART OF DERITEND ROAD BOUNDED BY MOSELEY ROAD, CAMP HILL AND THE RAILWAY LINE TO COVENTRY ROAD
