THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF UPPER TEAN IN THE PARISH OF CHECKLEY AND ITS IMMEDIATE VICINITY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR: 3.1 MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES; AND 3.2 OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
