TO PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITY RESIDENT IN THE BENEIFICIAL AREA BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND RESIDENTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO PROMOTE HEALTH AND EDUATION AND THE FOSTER A COMMUNITY SPIRT FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THESE AND SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS MAY BY LAW BE DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE.
