TO PROMOTE THE WELL - BEING OF THE COMMUNITY RESIDENT IN THE WYKEN DISTRICT BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND RESIDENTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO PROMOTE HEALTH AND EDUCATION AND TO FOSTER A COMMUNITY SPIRIT FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THESE AND SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS MAY BY LAW BE DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE.
