THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION AND IN PARTICULAR THE INJUNCTIONS FOUND IN THE HOLY SCRIPTURES PROHIBITING THE USE OF 'RIBA' (DEFINED AS 'USURY' OR 'INTEREST') MAINLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE FOLLOWING MEANS: - (A) THE EDUCATION OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES ON THE ISLAMIC PRINCIPLES RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION OF RIBA. (B) TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE BOTH MEMBERS OF THE ISLAMIC AND OTHER FAITHS AS WELL AS THOSE WITHOUT A FAITH WHO CHOOSE TO LIVE A RIBA FREE LIFESTYLE. (C) SUPPORT THOSE IN POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AS A RESULT OF TAKING ON RIBA LADEN DEBT OR OTHERWISE BY PROVIDING MONEY MANAGEMENT EDUCATION, ADVICE AND INFORMATION AND PROMOTING SERVICES WHICH SUPPORT AND LEAD TO A RIBA FREE LIFESTYLE.
