TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL TO BECOME A RESPONSIBLE ADULT; TO ALLOW CADETS TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES THAT ENHANCE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS IN AN ORGANISED AND DISCIPLINED ENVIRONMENT; CADETS WILL INTERACT WITH THEIR PEERS, PARTICIPATE IN TEAMWORK AND LEARN LEADERSHIP SKILLS BASED ON THE TRADITIONS AND TRAINING OF THE ROYAL NAVY; TO PROVIDE A PROGRAMME THAT IS STRUCTURED, AND DESIGNED TO GIVE THEM ENJOYMENT.
