THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO WHICH ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING IN LOW- AND MIDDLE-INCOME COUNTRIES, BY MEANS OF BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: • MAKING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS FURTHERING THE SAME PURPOSES; • PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SCREENING AND TREATMENT TO THOSE SUFFERING FROM EYE DISEASES; • PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY-BASED CAMPAIGNS TO COMBAT NTDS (NEGLECTED TROPICAL DISEASES), INCLUDING MASS DRUG ADMINISTRATION, HYGIENE EDUCATION, AND CLEAN WATER INITIATIVES.
