TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF PEOPLE WHO ARE CARING FOR FAMILY MEMBERS SUFFERING FROM POOR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF SHORT TERM RESPITE BREAKS.
