THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE PROVISION OF GRANT FUNDING MUSIC EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR THOUGH NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN ARMENIA AND THE UNITED KINGDOM.
