FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE AND RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO CATS AND KITTENS IN THE SWANSEA AND SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) THE CARE, REUNITING AND RE-HOMING OF ANIMALS THAT ARE ABANDONED, RELINQUISHED, MISTREATED OR LOST. (B) THE PROVISION OF FOOD AND SHELTER TO FERALS, LOST OR ABANDONED ANIMALS LIVING OUTDOORS IN THE COMMUNITY. (C) THE CONTROL OF FERAL POPULATIONS BY NEUTERING.
