Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (OBJECTS) ARE, PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE USE OF BOXING AND ITS VALUES AND TECHNIQUES: 3.1 TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH: A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE: A) BY PROVIDING SUPPORTIVE PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES THAT ENHANCE THEIR EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ACHIEVEMENT; AND B) BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM TO EXPLORE AND REALISE THEIR ACADEMIC, ARTISTIC, ATHLETIC AND VOCATIONAL CAPABILITIES. 3.3 TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF YOUNG PEOPLE: A) BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO SUPPORTIVE HEALTH AND WELLBEING SERVICES; AND B) BY PROMOTING ACTIVITIES THAT ENCOURAGE PHYSICAL FITNESS AND MENTAL WELLBEING. 3.4 TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROVIDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING, CAREER GUIDANCE, AND SUPPORT IN FINDING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES; AND 3.5 TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIAL EXCLUDED, AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF YOUTH, UNEMPLOYMENT; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; OR CRIME (AS AN OFFENDER REHABILITATING INTO SOCIETY) FOR THE PURPOSES OF THESE OBJECTS, "YOUNG PEOPLE" REFERS TO INDIVIDUALS AGED 25 YEARS AND UNDER.
