Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL, AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER TO, OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF, SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES (CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND) IN AND AROUND THE VILLAGE OF FLINTHAM IN THE COUNTY OF NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT IN PARTICULAR THE OBJECTS OF THE ANTECEDENTS CHARITIES OF THE CHARITY, AND ACCORDINGLY HAVING REGARD TO: (A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION.
