THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 3.1 THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN THE EAST MIDLANDS AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING AND / OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED, WITH A FOCUS ON THE PREVENTION OF HOMELESSNESS. 3.2 THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE IN THE EAST MIDLANDS AND SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF OUTREACH SUPPORT SERVICES, WITH A FOCUS ON TENANCY SUSTAINMENT AND SUPPORT.
