TO ESTABLISH A SWIMMING POOL IN THE VICINITY OF, AND TO SERVE THE WHOLE COMMUNITY COMPRISING THE CATCHMENT AREA OF BARLBY COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL, AND AS ANCILLARY THERETO TO RAISE FUNDS AND TO CO-ORDINATE EFFORTS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, FURNISHING AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE SWIMMING POOL.
