THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE INHABITANTS OF OVER PEOVER AND SNELSON AND NEARBY PARISHES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR:
3.1 MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES; AND
3.2 OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
