TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF ROWLEY AND LITTLE WEIGHTON (HEREINAFTER CALLED"THE AREA OF BENEFIT") INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF SOCIAL, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.
