THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARROW AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR THE MEMBERS OF THE AFRICAN CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY BY ADVANCING EDUCATION AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
