The provision and maintenance of Riccall Village Hall so that it may provide a venue for the residents of Riccall and the surrounding. The focus of activities remains on the hire of rooms to local groups and residents, with any income raised to meet the costs of repairs and maintenance of the Hall, for the building and facilities longevity.
