THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN SREEMONGAL OUTSKIRTS OF MOULVIBAZAR DISTRICT BANGLADESH WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF CYCLONES OR FLOODS, IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPLYING EMERGENCY RELIEF THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND SHELTERS
