THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE BUDDHIST RELIGION, IN PARTICULAR BY: 1) PRACTICING BUDDHIST RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES SUCH AS CHANTING, MEDITATION AND OBSERVING BUDDHIST OCCASIONS. 2) SUPPORTING BUDDHIST MONKS, ORGANIZING RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL TRAINING PROGRAMS. 3) DOING INTERRELIGIOUS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE THE ENVIRONMENT, NATURE, SOCIETY, POVERTY AND GLOBAL PEACE AS AN OUTWARD EXPRESSION OF THE BUDDHIST FAITH
