B) AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT; SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS, OR BY GRANTS TO CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE EDUCATION.
