(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH RELIGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND RUNNING OF A RESIDENTIAL SEMINARY FOR GIRLS IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND AND THE PROVISION OF ANCILLARY OR INCIDENTAL EDUCATIONAL OR RELIGIOUS PROGRAMMES AND ACTIVITIES. B) AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT; SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS, OR BY GRANTS TO CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE EDUCATION. (2) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
