Our charity is dedicated to enhancing the public's mental and physical health through meditation, mindfulness, and other contemplative practices in the UK and online. We offer training on these practices and Buddhism, and are working towards establishing a retreat centre to further these activities.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO, TO BE PURSUED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN WALES AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE WORLD AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT, ARE AS FOLLOWS: TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS AND OTHER CONTEMPLATIVE PRACTICES AND TRADITIONS. THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE GOOD MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC BY PROMOTING THE PRACTICES OF MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS, AND YOGA. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PRINCIPLES OF BUDDHISM AND PROMOTE THE STUDY AND APPLICATION OF THOSE PRINCIPLES. IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER: TO ESTABLISH A RETREAT CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE SUCH A CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
