TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THOSE SEEKING ASYLUM OR GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE FROM SOUTH AMERICA, LIVING IN NORTH TYNESIDE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN NEED THEREOF SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY.
