TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF SENIORS RESIDING IN THAMESMEAD AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING WEEKLY GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS GENTLE EXERCISE, ARTS AND CRAFTS, HEALTH AND WELLBEING WORKSHOPS.
