B) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING C) TO ADVANCE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THE PERFORMING ARTS WITH A PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON MUSIC AND SUPPORT FOR YOUNGER PEOPLE, TO RAISE STANDARDS AND ENCOURAGE EVENTS AND PERFORMANCES TO TAKE PLACE. D) TO ADVANCE, PROMOTE OR CARRY OUT SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
