THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE SUBJECT OF THE HISTORY OF TRANSPORT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN RUSHDEN, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A MUSEUM FOR ARTEFACTS RELATING TO THE HISTORY OF TRANSPORT, INCLUDING THE MAINTENANCE OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS RELATING TO TRANSPORT (B) THE OPERATION OF A HERITAGE RAILWAY BETWEEN HIGHAM FERRERS AND WELLINGBOROUGH BASED ON THE ORIGINAL RAILWAY LINE BETWEEN HIGHAM FERRERS AND WELLINGBOROUGH; (C) TO ACQUIRE AND MAINTAIN THE ASSOCIATED ROLLING STOCK FOR THE HERITAGE RAILWAY; (D) TO ADVANCE THE INVOLVEMENT AND EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF TRANSPORT (E) TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A MUSEUM FOR ARTEFACTS OF TRANSPORT HISTORICAL INTEREST; (F) TO OBTAIN LARGER TRANSPORT ARTEFACTS AND VEHICLES FOR PUBLIC EXHIBITION AND EDUCATION.
