Charitable objects
1/ THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WOMEN AND CHILDREN, WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN VICTIM TO PHYSICAL, SEXUAL, EMOTIONAL, ECONOMIC AND/OR MENTAL ABUSE WITHIN AN INTIMATE OR FAMILY RELATIONSHIP (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE); OR OTHER GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE, WHICH SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO RAPE, PROSTITUTION, GANG VIOLENCE, SEX-TRAFFICKING, AND ON-LINE ABUSE THROUGHOUT TAJIKISTAN AND ABROAD THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO SUPPORT OTHER CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS WHO PROVIDE SERVICES, SUCH AS, HOUSING, EDUCATION, CLOTHING AND HEALTHCARE TO SUCH INDIVIDUALS. 2/ THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AT A PUBLIC LEVEL THROUGH TRAINING, OUTREACH PROGRAMMES, SUPPORT GROUPS, RESEARCH AND TRAINING ON UNDERSTANDING THE ISSUES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE THROUGHOUT TAJIKISTAN AND ABROAD. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
