THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY, WHICH IS TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROMOTING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ARMED FORCES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT INCLUDING SUPPORTING PERSONS WHO ARE CURRENTLY SERVING OR WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE ARMED FORCES AND THEIR DEPENDANTS.
