UNTIL (AND INSOFAR AS THE SAME SHALL NOT BE) REQUIRED TO PURCHASE FURTHER LAND TO BE HELD FOR THE CHARITY, THE CLEAR INCOME THEREOF SHALL BE APPLIED IN OR TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE LAND AND THE BUILDINGS THEREON BELONGING TO THE CHARITY.
