Charitable objects
1. TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF HINDU RELIGION, MAINLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING A PLACE OF WORSHIP, INCLUDING FOR THE STUDY OF RELIGIOUS TEXTS, PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS, AND PRODUCING AND/OR DISTRIBUTING LITERATURE ON THE HINDU RELIGION. 2. TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS BY PROVIDING FOOD AND OTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS TO THOSE IN NEED AND BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR SICKNESS. 3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON YOUNG PEOPLE, ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF THE HINDU RELIGION AND CULTURE, INCLUDING THE GUJARATI LANGUAGE, MUSIC, DANCE AND MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS CONNECTED WITH THE RELIGION AND CULTURE OF HINDUISM. 4. TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WEMBLEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
