TO PROMOTE THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND THE SAVING OF LIVES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF BLEED KITS IN PUBLIC PLACES THROUGHOUT NORTH EAST ENGLAND AND THE PROVISION TRAINING ON HOW TO USE THOSE KITS. TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY BY WORKING WITH SCHOOLS, YOUTH GROUPS AND AGENCIES TO PROMOTE THE PREVENTION OF KNIFE CRIME BY RAISING AWARENESS OF THE NEGATIVE IMPACT ON ALL OF THOSE AFFECTED BY IT.
