TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN GOSPORT AND FAREHAM AND SURROUNDING AREAS THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT BY WORKING TO MINIMISE WASTE AND ACHIEVE REDUCTIONS IN GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS AND RAW MATERIAL USE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY RESOURCE SHARING, RE-USE AND REPAIR INITIATIVES.
