THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE ISLE OF SHEPPEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENABLE PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF AMATEUR BOXING. (FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE 'FACILITIES MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).
